Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a sales strategy specific to stem cell/regenerative medicine clinics in Florida to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
· Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of clinic leads (new clinics, existing clinics expanding their services).
· Visit clinics in person and conduct product demonstrations, training, and technical education for clinical staff.
· Maintain relationships with decision-makers in clinics: physicians, practice managers, lab directors.
· Serve as subject matter expert on the company’s stem cell / biologic products: key features, handling, storage, regulatory/regimen requirements, clinical safety & efficacy.
· Stay current with market developments, competitive products, regulatory changes, best clinical practices.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure sales materials, training content, and product launches are aligned.
· Use CRM tools to track sales activity, forecast revenue, track KPIs (e.g. lead conversion rate, revenue per clinic, retention, volume growth).
· Monitor performance against goals and adjust sales tactics/territorial focus as needed.
· Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, physician seminars, workshops, etc.
Qualifications
Must-have:
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related). Advanced degree a plus.
· Proven track record (e.g. 3-5+ years) in selling biologic / regenerative medicine / stem cell or similar products to clinics / physician practices.
· Strong knowledge of stem cell / regenerative medicine clinic workflows (procurement, storage, administration).
· Excellent ability to educate and influence physicians and clinical staff.
· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
· Ability to travel frequently (within Florida and occasionally out of state) and work flexible hours when needed.
· Tools-savvy: experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, etc.
· Experience in compliance / regulatory cGMP aspects relevant to stem cell/ biologic clinic practice will be a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary + commission / bonus tied to revenue targets
