Job Summary:
uBriGene Biosciences is seeking a dynamic Customer Support & Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients. This role focuses on supporting and growing our cell and gene therapy products and services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in biology, with preferred experience in iPSC and cell and gene therapy manufacturing. Excellent customer-facing and communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to our cell and gene therapy products and services.
    • Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to existing and potential clients.
    • Resolve issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Inside Sales:
    • Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive sales of our CGT products and services.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
    • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and product information tailored to customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, regulatory, and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage leads, and generate reports on sales activities and market trends.
    • Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine service offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Industry Engagement:
    • Attend customer meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed to represent uBriGene and build brand presence.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
    • Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or support within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
    • Preferred experience with iPSC, cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
